At Liberty, we view technology as a tool to enhance our capabilities, but not to replace our commitment to building close relationships. The idea is that technology should enable immediate access to information and free us from the simplest of tasks. This allows us to focus our efforts on the higher level work of communicating, planning and organizing.
In our business, efficient tracking and management of cases is of critical importance. That's why when it came time to decide between purchasing an off-the-shelf program or developing our own software, the choice was an easy one. Our tracking and management system, LEAA, was developed entirely in-house, and is exclusive to Liberty. Privacy and security are top priorities. We work to continuously improve this valuable tool. And now, with the rapid advances in AI, Liberty is moving to develop new capabilities, through judicious use of Agentic AI, to further enhance and improve our systems, so we can provide even higher levels of service to clients and experts.
